Introducing Matt and his family:

Matt along with his wife, Stephanie, daughter, Natalie and son, Nathan.

Matt has been dubbed ‘The Safety Ambassador’ due to his ability and passion to deliver proven, and results oriented safety keynote presentations throughout the United States. His style, which is life-light and laughter centered, is best summed up from an attendee at a recent conference, “"Very energetic and fun! Everyone should attend his seminar, the best of the conference!"

Matt is one of only a handful of individuals to earn both the Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation and journey status in the hazardous field of distribution electrical line work. In addition, Matt has served as a manager in a corporate leadership team. This team encompassed the top 2.5% of a 3,800-member organization. It is through Matt’s unique and diverse work experience that he is able to engage and net results throughout an organization; from those that get their hands dirty to top-level leadership-and everyone in-between.

Matt has delivered hundreds of innovative safety presentations, inspirational keynote addresses and proven training sessions all across the United States. Some of his recent clients include; Coors, Aramark, PECO, Turner Construction Company, ASSE, Safety Council of the Ozarks, Central Maine Power and The Missouri Mining Conference.

He is working hard to live up to K-Crof’s mission of ‘building people’ through the use of life, light and laughter in each inspirational presentation, article and book.
